it’s possible to enable some hidden features for the ‘Twitter For Mac’ application with some Terminal commands. With the following command you can enable to display the full names of your followers in your timeline. Close Twitter and add the following command in Terminal.

You can use the the swipe gesture in Chrome to go back or forward on a page, just like in Safari for OS X. Use a two-finger swipe to the right to go to the previous page and a swipe to the left to go forward. You can disable the swipe function in Chrome with the following OS X Terminal command:
OS X Mail: Set minimum font size for HTML
When receiving e-mails containing HTML code in OS X Mail, you will notice that some e-mail messages comes with very small text. With this default write command it’s possible to set the minimum font size for text in HTML e-mails. In some cases changing the size of text will break the layout.
Disable the preview from attachments in mail
When you open an email with an attachment there will be automatically displayed preview. Through the Preferences menu of the Mail application there is no option to turn this feature off. You can disable the preview with the following command:
Activate OS X Finder in Simple mode
The ‘Simple Finder mode’ hides desktop files, and won’t let anyone open a new Finder window. Only applications in the Dock can be launched. Note that Spotlight can still be used for launching items. This command could be a nice alternative for setting up restrictions without a guest user account. Click Finder ▸ Run Full Finder, and then type in your admin password to start Finder in normal mode.
